1. Agreement
These terms govern your use of Taskr as provided by Taskr (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you use Taskr on behalf of an organization, you agree on its behalf.
2. Your account
You must give accurate information when you sign up and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Your content
Boards, cards, comments, attachments and other material you add remain yours. You give us permission to store, display and process that content only as needed to run the service for you and your workspace members.
You are responsible for having the rights to anything you upload and for how you share it with others.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Taskr to break the law, infringe the rights of others, send spam, distribute malware, or try to access workspaces or data you were not invited to. Do not interfere with or overload the service.
5. Plans and payments
Some features may require a paid plan. Prices are shown on the pricing page. If paid plans are offered, fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Availability and changes
We work hard to keep Taskr available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error free. We may improve, change or retire features, and will give reasonable notice of material changes.
7. Termination
You can stop using Taskr at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms. You can export your boards before your account is closed.
8. Disclaimers and liability
Taskr is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for more than the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, let you know in the app or by email.
