Questions, answered
Is Taskr really free?
Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and includes unlimited cards, checklists, labels, every view, Butler automation and Kan.bn import. Paid plans record your preference for when billing is connected.
Where is my data stored?
In Taskr’s own database on this site. Nothing is copied to an outside service, and you can export any board as CSV or JSON at any time.
Can I import my boards from Kan.bn?
Yes. Upload or paste a Kan.bn export, or connect with your Kan.bn API key to pull boards and single tasks, including labels, checklists and comments.
Who can see my boards?
Only members of your workspace. Each new account gets a private workspace, and you decide who to invite.
Does it work on mobile?
Taskr is fully responsive, so boards, cards and every view work in any modern mobile browser.
How do I cancel or delete my data?
You can close boards, export everything and ask your workspace admin to remove your account at any time. There are no lock-in contracts.
